It's raining and I'm looking out the window at my plants in their seed
blocks. The first spring rain and the plants that would survive a blast
of cold cabbage, Swiss chard, Kale and some "hopeful" Arugula!
IT'S
53* out! Lets hope this is the warming trend of spring. Go way winter!
I'm going to be sorting seeds and counting the moments! Got Nasturtium
seeds soaking in a mason jar tomorrow rain or shine they go out.
Counting my seed packets. I have Asters, Lavender,Hollyhock, Poppy,
Candy tuft, Cosmos and Columbine and then the Victory Garden to
plant.Just a few weeks ago the Sand Cranes flew overhead with their
weird warbling calls on the way north making me hopeful and then the
temperature dropped. Sighs...Now an almost warm rain cross your fingers
and toes!
